Plentiful breakfast, genuinely nice staff, cozy beds. The room was warm and warm, we enjoyed it. The hotel was near the nice beach and close to bars and restaurants. The venue was relaxing and the attached restaurant was amazing...

the hotel was wonderfull, but i stayed for 2 nights only. normal room, very comfortable beds, accommodating staff. casual atmosphere and private bathroom. central location, next to an attractive shrine.

Practical rooms, relatively good breakfast, STRATEGIC location for our needs. Ueno subway stop is within walking distance of the place, some 15 minutes on foot.
There's bad smell in some areas.
